Sony PDW-F1600 XDCAM Deck

Code:
PDW1600

The PDW-F1600 offers multi-format recording flexibility as standard - including SD recording and a frame rate of 23.98P in 1080 mode. Acting as more than just a file-based recording deck the F1600 has insert/assemble editing capability and can be used as a recorder in a linear editing system - just like a conventional tape VTR. Other features include high-quality eight-channel (HD-SDI) 24-bit audio recording and high-speed file transfer. The F1600 has all the standard video and audio in/outputs including two HD-SDI outputs, SD-SDI outputs, Composite BNC outputs, XLR audio in/out, BNC Timecode in/out and Up/Down conversion and cross conversion between 1080i and 720P.

The F1600 is compatible with the Hotcam MBS and is a must have item when using Sony's XDCam workflow.
