Ben has over 20 years of experience in the TV industry, beginning his career in studio photography before progressing to manage some of the largest rental operations in the creative industries. Ben is also an accomplished artist, blending graphic design and photography, and can often found exploring the streets of London with scanning equipment in hand, capturing intricate shapes and textures for his next piece of work. Ben is a proud father of two, a dedicated junior football coach and spends much of his time acting as the family taxi service. 

Luke has spent over twenty years in outside broadcast, starting out on Big Brother at its peak and going on to manage large-scale OBs including Wimbledon, Roland Garros, the Commonwealth Games, the Olympics, the Queen's funeral and the King's coronation — alongside light entertainment, live-to-cinema theatre and opera. He now heads up technical projects and commercial operations at Hotcam. He also co-founded A Greener Future, which wrote the world's first event sustainability standards and certifies festivals, venues and tours worldwide.

Sera's background is in Production Management for BBC and commercial radio, managing teams to deliver top notch live content. At Hotcam she brings her people-focussed approach to look after team operations, from crewing to recruitment. She heads up the management of the crew at HQ and on set, with our Kit Room Technicians, Junior Camera Assistants and Camera Assistants reporting to her. 

Our Chief Morale Officer and resident sniffing expert. Friendly to the core, unless you're a freelancer - then you might want to watch your ankles. When not strictly enforcing office boundaries, Sunny can be found napping in sunbeams, chewing her bone or offering emotional support to anyone who needs it. She's a paws-itively essential part of the team :)

The only PM in the country to smash out twenty-four carnets in a day without breaking a sweat. A devoted dog lover and Disney aficionado, she brings her passion for adventure and joy into every project she undertakes. Our resident rollercoaster expert, she is wonderfully placed to offer support to clients on their production journey.

Connah isn’t just our Manager of all things technical - he’s the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. A Napoleonic Wars expert, Private Eye aficionado, and Tony Scott film lover, he brings a unique blend of intellect and passion to the team. When he's not taming the hustle and bustle of kitroom life, you can often find him in his natural habitat, either quaffing a Guinness at the rugby, or chilling with Aperol spritz in the sunshine. 

There’s no European motorway Will’s not travelled on – he’s clocked plenty of hours and miles working in a previous life as a runner and now as a trainee at Hotcam. Will likes to travel, spending time with friends and developing his interest in all areas of TV production. Highlights this year include driving accross the continent several times supporting a twelve-member crew for a major new series for NBC Universal. 

Sam Lowe is the heart of our kit room, where he brings his technical expertise, hard work ethic and easy going manner to every task. When he's not overseeing our prep unit and QC'ing all outgoing jobs, Sam can be found reminiscing about the golden days of mid-2000s pop culture, from Hole in the Wall to the legendary Smarties pop-up ice cream. An (extremely) amateur figure skater, West Ham fan, and Simpsons quiz regular, Sam’s always up for a laugh when it involves a bit of nostalgia - but the job always comes first.

Lucy is our technical manager with a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for understanding exactly what her clients need. Often found knee-deep in cables, she thrives on transforming technical chaos into clarity. Her problem-solving skills make her the go-to guru for any brief for our clients, who can expect to have every element of their production colour coded to within an inch of it's life. A huge fan of musicals she brings a little extra flair to productions, particularly theatre shows which include Titanic, Rodgers and Hammerstein's 80th Anniversary and Next to Normal.

Joel brings multiple years experience in Broadcast Engineering to the team as one of our Technical Managers from his background at ITV & BBC. He gets a real kick from finding solutions to complex technical problems and figuring out new ways to streamline processes.  When not on a job, you can find Joel in his studio building sculptural lighting fixtures with his lovely fiance, Liv.

When Ian isn’t running around on location, he can be found running marathons, cooking, or rocking out at music festivals. This love for music feeds into his work where he relishes working on shows where you can feel the energy of the audience. Highlights include guaranteeing the tech on location in Greece for Love is Blind and tying together the OB for the World Stage at this year's MTV EMAs. He is also a meticulous and passionate wireman, quick with the soldering iron and a newly qualified HGV driver. Honk honk, Ian coming through!

The newest addition to the engineering department, Georgie has an editorial background which gives her a unique perspective of how engineering impacts production teams. Her infectious enthusiasm, innate understanding of TV, and total unwavering commitment to getting the job done have made her a massive hit with the Hotcam community. When she’s not out on two wheels you’ll find her either tinkering in the systems department, knee deep in cables, or setting up a gallery somewhere in London or beyond. 

Ray brings decades of location experience to any job, whether that be out with our clients or building rigs at Hotcam. He has shot on location all over the world, touring and filming as a sound recordist and live audio engineer, and brings an effortless, seamless presence to location. Other than all things audio, Ray’s other love is his meticulously maintained Moto Guzzi Griso 1200 SE 8V (that's a motorbike), which he commutes in on every day, rain or shine. 

Joe loves getting into the nitty-gritty of audio and comms equipment – in fact he’s currently building his own analogue modular synth! Joe is a fantastic addition to any location crew with a knack for all things Bolero. He loves live music both as a member of the crowd and as a technician behind the scenes. When not surrounded by audio gear he likes to disconnect and head outdoors for long hikes and can often be found up a mountain. 

Kian has taken his camera assistant skills across the globe and has built his skillset up working on a variety of shows. When he’s in the kitroom he is known for his ability to set up an box lens quicker than anyone. Off his own back, Kian has produced many great short films, and he is a keen chess player, so was made up when we sent him off to cover the national speed chess championship. 

One thing you can always count on with Ozzy is his positive attitude - he embraces every day with a smile. Whether he’s working in the kitroom or supporting on a wide range of projects, from dramas to large-scale OB jobs, Ozzy’s always up for the challenge. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him cruising the London canals on his boat or diving into his latest bike refurbishment project. 

A true northerner with unshakable grit, Harvey brings laser focus and determination to every task. His no-nonsense approach to getting the job done has made him an invaluable addition to the team, and he’s quickly become a favorite on location with the Hotcam regulars. We're grateful to have Harvey come on board - his commitment and work ethic speak for themselves.

If you’ve ever been to a comic con or fan expo, chances are you’ve spotted Dan with his camera at the ready, capturing moments for his Instagram. Back at work, he’s known for clearing the check-ins floor with lightning speed and a sharp eye for detail. A proud Welsh native, Dan has also introduced the whole kitroom to the delights of Welsh cakes - and now we’re all hooked!

From filming The Who live at the Royal Albert Hall to working on Building the Band, Made in Chelsea, and Britain’s Got Talent, Sukhpreet  is enjoying working across all of Hotcam's different types of production. A film grad from Oxford Brookes, he's happiest in a cinema and is endlessly curious about all aspects of filmmaking. 

Chloe loves to see a good prep come together and enjoys the puzzle of configuring camera kits. She loved taking her strong sense of problem solving with her on her first job at Hotcam, managing our on-location kit room for Love is Blind. When not at work, Chloe likes to be with her family, trying new food, and she is a keen artist – if you’re looking for an original Koi Fish drawing, Chloe is the person to go to. 

Neve is an avid swimmer and skier and loves to explore new places whenever she can. This love for exploration carries through to her work, where she is particularly interested in wildlife and underwater cinematography. Neve has filmed documentaries off her own back and loved being a camera operator at Green Man Festival, putting what she’s learnt into practice as part of a crew on location. Neve is excited by new opportunities, whether this be on set or in the kitroom, she is always looking to learn something new.

As an ultra marathon runner and regular participant of the Parkrun, to say Ella is a keen runner is an understatement. She is interested in filming live sport and works on her own projects outside of work.

Patrick is a man on the move - whether he's driving across France, assisting crews on shoots, or honing his skills at a rapid pace, he’s always up for the challenge. When he's not on the road or working behind the scenes, you'll find him hiking up mountains, playing football, or cheering on his beloved Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. With a keen interest in sports events, music festivals, , wildlife and factual entertainment, Pat brings enthusiasm and a love for adventure to everything he does.
